Radiology 7T MRI
Carle Hospital, Urbana, Illinois
GHR performed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and coordination modeling and full construction administrative services for this state-of-the-art 7-Tesela MRI installation project at Carle Foundation Hospital. Through careful and thorough coordination modeling efforts between GHR, the construction manager and the sub-contractors, this effort went smoothly.

In addition, GHR is also designing a variable refrigerant flow heating and air conditioning system to replace the buildings defunct perimeter heating/cooling system. The lack of this existing system has caused the building’s VAV systems to work in overdrive and is causing premature failure of existing systems.
