Designed in 2010, Destihl, one of Central Illinois’ most progressive restaurants, is a 9,000 square foot facility featuring high-end architectural interiors, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and state-of-the-art brewery facilities.  GHR performed full MEP-FP services which included the design of emergency power systems; coordination with specialty lighting designer; incorporation of low-flow plumbing fixtures; and an HVAC system that tied into the building’s existing hot/chilled water loops.
