Cannon Place: Danville Veterans Housing
The Danville Veterans project calls for a multi-phased, intergenerational development to maximize the number of housing opportunities created for Veterans and their families. This project comprised of 65 units of handicapped accessible and adaptable studio, 1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR apartments in a permanent supportive housing environment. Additionally, a Community Center, and Resident Program space including Case Management offices will also be developed. The LEED Certified Green Building facility will include completely furnished apartments, community gathering spaces, computer and training rooms, fitness center, and case management offices. GHR provided full MEP-FP design services for this project.
M2 on Neil is a 230,000 sq. ft. class A mixed-use building that includes commercial space on the ground floor, office space on the second and third floors, and luxury residential units on the fourth through seventh floors in a mixture of condominium and rental spaces. The building also features a 640-space parking garage that serves not only the building residents and users, but also the City of Champaign. GHR provided all MEP-FP design services for this building along with construction administration services.
