The addition consists of approximately 32,000 square feet of addition and remodeling of approximately 18,000 square feet of the existing building, including a new loading dock, a new kitchen, and remodeled locker rooms.

Stratton Elementary School

This is a brand-new building on a site within an existing residential neighborhood. The HVAC systems were designed with special emphasis on efficiency, operating economy, and reliability. The electrical system is configured for flexibility to serve ever-expanding technology needs. The site lighting is designed to provide adequate security illumination while avoiding light trespass on adjoining residential properties.

Mechanical Engineering Lab
University of Illinois

At the heart of the University of Illinois Engineering Campus, the Mechanical Engineering Lab houses state of the art research labs, collaborative student classrooms, academic offices, and a showcase conference facility. An extensive 10 year renovation process has this nearly 100 year old facility ready for service well into the 21st century.
